| When creating any portrait, the first question
we ask is what you plan to do with the portrait. Just like buying
a couch, a portrait should “fit the room.” Where will
it be located? What size and style do you envision for the room?
A wall portrait will stay with your family for a lifetime, so planning
is key. Is the room light or dark? Formal or casual? What colors
are accented within the room?
If you do not plan to hang a portrait on the wall, but desire
a smaller size for a shelf or gift, than we recommend a closer
portrait. Outdoors and full-length portraits create a small image
that may be more difficult to see and enjoy on a smaller scale.
