| How long does a portrait session usually last? |
Sessions can last anywhere from 15 minutes to 1
hour.

| When do I get to view my previews? |
Previews are ready approximately one week from the
day you are photographed.
|
| How long will my order take? |
Orders take 4-6 weeks to be completed.
|
| Do I get to keep my previews? |
Previews need to be returned a week from the date
they are picked up. You may purchase previews for $15.00 + tax or
you can choose a set of 8 in a folio for $65.00 +tax.

| Can I make copies of the previews? |
It is illegal to reproduce copyrighted images.
|
| How much of a deposit is required to process my
order? |
We need a minimum of 75% deposit on all orders before
they are sent to the lab.
|
| What if I can't pay the minimum deposit? |
Your order is put on hold until the 75% deposit
is paid. You can make payments at your convenience. When you have
reached the 75% your order will be sent to the lab.

| What happens if I lose my previews? |
Each lost preview costs $15.00.
|
| Can I take a picture with my pet or of my pet? |
Sure, as long as you bring a cage or leash.
|
| Do I have to take the pictures inside the studio
or can I be photographed at a different location? |
You can choose to be photographed at a local park
in the area, the sitting fee is $100. You can also be photographed
at a location of your choice. All locations must be previewed and
pre-approved by Kathy before location is confirmed. The sitting fee
is $200.00.
